Vodafone initiates three programmes for SMBs

Vodafone Business Services (VBS) has launched three programmes to empower SMBs (small and medium businesses) with an annual turnover of Rs 50-500 crore in a bid to scale up productivity, minimise costs and enhance customer experience.

"As a total communication solution provider, we partner with enterprise clients to make them more agile and future ready. The initiatives being launched are synergised to effectively manage rapid growth challenges – catering to evolving needs of customers, enhancing operational efficiencies and building a more connected and productive workforce," Vodafone India Director (Vodafone Business Services) Naveen Chopra said.

According to VBS, small and medium enterprises have a significant role to play in augmenting the GDP growth of India in the next fiscal year.

The company will also provide a web-based diagnostic tool that enable businesses evaluate their competitive business efficiency and take stock of their capability to deal with the volatility of today’s business environment.
