After creating a dominant position in the field of Agri-Logistics, Delhi based Agri-logistics solutions group, Sohan Lal Commodity Management (SLCM) has moved in forward integration of the supply chain line with its wholly owned agri-financing vertical Kissandhan. The company has so far disbursed more than Rs 130 crore of loans against various crops to multiple clients in just 8 months of operations.
“Gauging the future demand and constantly innovating agri logistics chain, the group plans to expand forward integration under its wholly owned NBFC in India, christened as Kissandhan. We have changed the paradigm of collateral financing by financing across diversified agri products whilst being agnostic to balance sheet of the borrower yet complying with the prudential norms of RBI,” Sandeep Sabharwal, Group CEO, SLCM said on the sidelines of an award function here.
