Rural India infrastructure demand keeping economy stability

Rural India is set to get developed and improved in infrastructural segment. The government is trying provide necessity requirement to the rural people and ensure development in agriculture, health, education and sanitation requirement.

For this several rural BPO is set and offer aid and help in improving infrastructure in rural areas will ensure the creation of domestic demand.

To keep the ball rolling India is focusing on demand creation in its backyard. Growing demand in the local market would be useful in keeping the Indian economy stable. Arun Jaitley, the Finance Minister, sent the message that the strategy now is to strengthen the human development of our country which will be reflected by improved domestic demand.

To increase the local market, a large part of Rural India has to be provided with all the necessary amenities. The real condition of rural India needs much attention and the essential conditions of human intellectual growth needs to be fulfilled. To meet the target India needs to step up public spending on social infrastructure and rural areas to boost domestic demand and overcome the slump in the global economy stated FM Arun Jaitley suggesting that the Government is unlikely to decrease expenditure on this front.

Having said that, there is a grave concern whether what its effect would be on Fiscal Deficit if the Government keeps the social infrastructure tab open in the absence of private investment. The message given by the FM indicates that the Government will be guided by the need of creation of demand on the home front by way of improving the condition of human life in rural and urban India. As the Finance Minister puts it,
