In order to recognize young talents, Rural Marketing Association of India (RMAI), an industry body of strategic thinkers and implementation agencies in Rural Marketing domain, is going to confer its annual ‘Ayurvet RMAI Awards for Best Summer Projects in Rural Marketing’ on September 26, 2014, in New Delhi. As compared to 101 entries last year, the industry body has received 167 entries this year from 48 top B-Schools across the country.
“We are pleased with the overwhelming response to the initiative this year. Sheer increase in the number of entries shows the growing interest of future managers in the field of Rural Marketing and Communication. Some of the best summer project cases will be presented at the event. Later, RMAI will also bring out a compilation of 30 best cases in the form of a book,” says Sanjay Kaul, President RMAI and CEO, Impact Communications.
“RMAI has also invited young successful corporate practice heads to present their slice of journey during an interactive session titled ‘Preferred Future & Reality’ to give these future managers an insight into realities of professional life ahead,” Kaul adds.
These entries will be judged by a 9-member jury drawn from corporate, media agencies and academic field. Top ten selected participants will be invited to present their cases at the award function. A panel of speakers from various corporate houses will also share their slice of professional journey and experiences with them.
