Rural Marketing Association of India (RMAI), has announced the shortlisted entries for Flame Awards Asia 2019. RMAI is going to host the 11th edition of Flame Awards Asia on June 21, 2019 in Mumbai. RMAI Flame Awards Asia is an exclusive rural marketing awards platform in the Asian subcontinent.
An expert screening jury of thirty members shortlisted the best entries. Winners were determined by a jury comprising Riaan Rodrigues, Group Product Manager, Male Grooming, Marico; Manjari Upadhye, CEO, Domestic Business, Welspun India; Jiteen Aggarwal, DGM- Marketing, Mahindra & Mahindra Farm Division; KR Venkatadri, COO, Rallis; KV Sridhar, Founder & CCO, Hyper Collective; KR Venkatadri, Chief Innovation & Digital Officer,TATA Chemicals; Subhobroto Chakraborty, Founder, Digital Fellow. The jury deliberated to boil down the final nominations for each category of the awards from over 300 entries this year. Ernst & Young is the official tabulators for Flame Awards Asia.
Highlighting about the awards, Raj Kumar Jha, President, RMAI said, “We are overwhelmed with the kind of response we have received this year, especially from overseas. This edition of Flame is seeing many firsts; new categories, diversified sectors, many new entrants and in fact many new participating countries. Flame Awards have now become an excellent platform to collaborate and co-share best of the best rural marketing practices not only in India but also in Asia.”
