MBPL welcomes Modi s suggestion to blend aerated drinks with juice

Beverage maker,  Manpasand Beverages (MBPL) has welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s suggestion to soft drink makers to try and mix aerated drinks with five percent fruit juice to help distressed farmers find a new market for their produce.

"Prime Minister Modi has asked major soft drink players to add at least five percent of fruit juice in their products…the MBPL has already embraced the mantra by making its premium products completely fruit juice-based," said Dhirendra Singh, MD, MBPL.

Singh has launched the company’s new mango-based ‘Fruits Up’ drink in markets of Surat, Godhra and other parts of Gujarat.
He said their product was an answer to the debate of having a healthy drink in the market.

"The company has already put ‘Fruits Up’ on the shelves for customers," he said.
