Swiss-Indian food and technology platform company, Innoterra has roped in Raj K. Mallavarapu as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer. The agritech platform operates in 14 countries. Raj will sit in Mumbai and serve as the global HR division for Innoterra.

Raj has held senior positions in human resources, business strategy and digital transformation in Fortune 500 corporations like Saint-Gobain Group, Monsanto Company and Bayer AG. Raj has more than 18 years of experience working at the convergence of people and transformation. Because of his wide range of experiences, Raj has become an expert in collaborating with executive teams to facilitate transformation, developing people strategies, advancing integrated talent management, and fostering a vibrant workplace culture that values inclusion and diversity.

Briefing his new responsibilities, Raj K. Mallavarapu said, “I’m thrilled to be a part of Innoterra, a diversified and international agritech platform that is quickly expanding and scaling. Raj has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Andhra University as well as an MBA in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. Additionally, he has completed senior executive programmes in business analytics and digital transformation at the IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Innoterra is concentrating on changing the smallholder agriculture sector’s economics and securing the global supply of good quality food. In order to raise the net income of its farming partners and promote the shift to more regenerative farming techniques, the company offers high-tech and personalised services.
