GROWiT, India’s leading direct-to-farmer (D2F) protective farming manufacturer, has announced and started a series of franchise meets to expand its business growth in tier 2 and 3 cities. In the first phase, the company aims to strengthen its presence in seven cities, including Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Nagpur, Mysore, Belgaum and Kalaburagi, with high-quality standardised farming products. The franchise meeting started on July 17, 2022 in each city and will continue till July 29, 2022, the company said.

The objective of this meeting is to educate the franchisers about the agricultural products and the science behind them. This will enable the franchisers to explain the GROWiT working model to the farmers and have a better understanding of the product development process.

Besides this, the company also aims to brief the franchisers on the existing product portfolio, new launches and their features. This move will further accelerate the growth of the company and take its business to the next level.

Highlighting the programme, Saurabh Agarwal, Director and CEO of GROWiT said, “We aim to build a close-knit community of franchisers. We have over 140 franchisers connected with us. We want to develop a strong connection with them and help them stay in tune with the company’s working model. We also intend to expand our footprint to 500 franchisees by the end of 2022.”

“We aim to expand in tier 2 and tier 3 cities and these meets have helped make our presence felt in these cities. Through the conclave, we are educating our franchisers regarding our product models and know-how of the product manufacturing process. Thus, the franchisers can have a clear company agenda and the same can be explained to the farmers—our end users,” he further explained.

GROWiT also plans to launch a number of services for farmers during the meet, which is an apt platform to share all the latest developments taking place at the company.
