DCP India aspires to make ASBAH a global brand

DCP India Pvt. Ltd., the owner of Brand ‘ASBAH’ which trades in various products and commodities, has been declared as one of the winners of the top 100 SME’s of India, 2016 by India SME Forum.

While receiving the India SME Award Gaurav Jain, Director of DCP India said, “The company’s vision is to become a brand which is respected globally for delivering best quality product and meet customers’ expectations.”

He received the prestigious award at the India SME 100 Awards Evening recently held in New Delhi. The award ceremony was held in the presence of Kalraj Mishra, Union Cabinet Minister of MSME, Suresh Prabhu, Minister of Railways and Narendra Singh Tomar, Minister for Steel among others.

Jain said, "It is a great honour to be ranked and chosen amongst an overwhelming 49023 nominations filed by SMEs from all over the country. This award is really a big achievement and great source of motivation for the entire DCP INDIA family.”

The winners have been chosen based on their score on the financial parameters and non financial parameters of the evaluation format.

“ASBAH was born out of passion to create a better and a balanced society with a focus on Women Empowerment. Asbah strives to assure that the under privileged and deserving women across the globe having a dream to shine in the field of education, sports or professional field are able to fulfil their desire,” the award wining Director said.

To ensure that the consumer gets the best quality, DCP India has set up a plant to process all the ASBAH products like premium quality Basmati Rice, Maida (Refined Wheat Flour), Dalia (Porridge), Poha (Rice Flakes), Sooji (Semolina) and Besan (Gram Flour).

The plant is situated in Sonipat, Haryana (India) and the company boasts of an integrated and automated state-of-the-art plant and machinery. An ultramodern air conditioned packaging unit ensures that the product is packed under strict hygienic conditions.

‘ASBAH’ is catering to the markets of various countries that includes USA, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey, U.A.E., Bahrain, Maldives and many more. In India ASBAH has launched its products in all the metros and major cities.
