India’s favourite staple food for centuries, Rice is convenient, versatile, nutritious and tasty as well as a constant in the global diet. Rice can be consumed in different ways but very little information was available until now. With intent of becoming thought leaders in the category, Best Foods, one of the leading rice companies in India, has launched a new interactive and informative micro-site, www.ilovebestrice.com to engage with its consumers.

The site is user friendly and integrates key content for a smooth and seamless experience of the user. The site is a destination for consumers to know everything about rice, at just a click. It is the one-stop shop for someone who needs to know anything and everything about rice. Be it recipes, uses, expert opinions, the site is equipped with all the information. The user can browse through the various recipes that are designed for the different user groups. The site has a section which highlights on the commonly held myths/beliefs in most of the households. Another subsection of the site is dedicated to 6 renowned chefs, who vouch for the tasty goodness of Best Rice.

Speaking about the new experiential platform, Aayushman Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, Best Foods says, "We want people to love and enjoy eating rice. This initiative is to educate consumers about the world of rice, to introduce and to re-assure consumers regarding the versatility and ease of cooking with rice."

The infrastructure of Best Foods includes 17 modern rice mills fully-equipped with the latest and advanced technology machines with an installed capacity to produce and process 45,000 metric tonnes of processed rice per month.
