Dabur promotes oral hygiene at Kumbh Mela

Dabur had set up dental stations across all akharas at the mela grounds with Dabur Red paste toothpaste dispensers, spreading the message: “Kumbh Snan se pehle, Dabur Red Dant Snan”

Dabur Red Paste, the flagship oral care brand from Dabur spread the message of oral hygiene amongst pilgrims visiting Prayagraj Kumbh Mela 2019 with its Dabur Red Dant Snan activity. Under this initiative, Dabur had set up dental stations across all akharas at the mela grounds with Dabur Red paste toothpaste dispensers, spreading the message: “Kumbh Snan se pehle, Dabur Red Dant Snan”.

The first-of-its-kind toothpaste dispenser worked on the lines of liquid soap dispensers found in most hotels across the country. These toothpaste dispensers squeeze out the adequate amount of Dabur Red Paste on the toothbrush. In addition, these dental stations are also being used to spread the message of oral hygiene among the devotees as they carry the message: “Kumbh Snan Se Pehle, Dabur Dant Snan” written on them.

Highlighting the activities, Dabur India Head-Marketing Activations, Sunil Sharma said, “Kumbh is often the window to the world for large part of rural population where they experience new things. Dabur Red Paste’s rich Ayurvedic legacy and Kumbh as a platform was a perfect sangam for us to roll out this consumer activation. It is a property that drives synergy and high brand saliency, taking the consumer’s brand experience a notch higher.”

“Through this initiative, Dabur was also educating people arriving at Kumbh 2019 about oral care and its impact on overall well-being. With this initiative, Dabur has taken the onus of promoting oral hygiene,” Sharma added.

Sanjay Kaul, Founder & CEO, Impact Communications who ran the activity said, “Dabur Red Paste’s rich legacy in Ayurveda and Kumbh as a platform was a perfect samgam for us to activate the consumers. It is a property that drives synergy and high brand saliency taking the consumer’s brand experience a notch higher.”
